Mortgage Lending Direct, a d/b/a of MLD
Mortgage, Inc. is a national affiliate branch
network company with offices in 42 states.
Established over 30 years ago, MLD is both a
Mortgage Banker and Mortgage Broker offering
their clients the best of both worlds. Acting in
the this dual role, the client has the
availability of obtaining the best program and
interest rate available for their specific
situation.
MLD is a Direct Endorsed FHA Lender, a Licensed
Florida Correspondent Lender, providing
Conventional, FHA, VA, Alt A and sub prime
loans.
Each Branch Manager is a “Managing Branch
Partner” and operates the branch as if it were
an independent company with total responsibility
for its daily and fiscal operations. This
entrepreneurial system further enhances the
client experience.
Access to mortgage lenders/investors nationwide
allows MLD access to programs not offered to
many smaller independent mortgage brokerage
shops.
Larry Rubinoff joined MLD when MLD acquired many
of the branches of his previous company, Amstar
Mortgage.
Mr.
Rubinoff has been in the mortgage finance, real
estate and real estate development industry for
33 years. Over the past 17 years he has devoted
his full time effort to the mortgage industry
specializing in FHA, Sub Prime (from the infancy
of the industry) and of course the traditional
Conforming markets. Hard to do loans were and
still are his forte. Although the market and
industry has changed greatly, his knowledge and
expertise gained years ago, further enhances his
ability to counsel clients.
Over the years he has held positions as
CEO/General Manager of a large real estate
company owned mortgage lender and built that
company to service 13 real estate offices in
addition to servicing and originating loans
outside of the parent company. He has trained
both real estate agents and mortgage agents from
beginners to the experienced. He has been
invited to speak at many different events and
sales meetings.. His vast knowledge of real
estate, finance, commercial lending and
economics makes him very well qualified.
He believes that obtaining a mortgage is a very
large part of a person’s overall financial plan
and should be approached on a planning not
“selling” basis. He has said for years that
mortgages cannot and should not be sold but
should be “structured”. The internet and the
thousands of telemarketing mortgage loan
originators do a disservice to the public by not
counseling and just selling.. He has been quoted
as saying that “when you are dealing with a
person’s home or their real estate investments,
the large sums of money involved in these
transactions require careful planning and
meaningful advice”.
Mr. Rubinoff is currently a resident of
Clearwater Beach and had spent 32 years of his
career in the Greater Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
area. He is excited about the transitions here
on the beach and looks forward to being a part
of its success and development.
